RJS Configuration

Typical output: For inside curling of caps with a pre-curled edge and for pouring Plastisol compound in one machine.
RT Reciprocating Turret: Cam-operated for tooling that reciprocates in the vertical plane.
TT Transfer Turret: Transfers product from one working turret to another.
PT Pouring Turret: The product spins the lower unit, and applicator guns operate in the upper unit dispensing the compound onto the spinning product.
IT Infeed Turret: Receives product from either a conveyor or worm infeed.
DT Discharge Turret: Optional on most machines. Receives product from the last operation and discharges it to a conveyor.
