RBS Configuration

Typical output: Caps or plugs with spun inside curl.
IT Infeed Turret: Receives product from either a conveyor or worm infeed.
CT Combination Turret: The lower unit spins the product while the upper unit operates on the spinning product, functioning as a reciprocating turret.
DT Discharge Turret: Optional on most machines. Receives product from the last operation and discharges it to a conveyor.
